Hiring Process
SCREENING
Once a vacancy has closed, all completed applications will be sent to the Airtel Recruitment Team. Short-listing and email notifications typically occur within 14 days of a vacancy closing.
INTERVIEW
If you are shortlisted for an interview, an email with the details of the interview and a job application form will be sent for you to complete and bring on the day of the interview.
If you are not successful beyond this stage you will also be notified via email.
VERIFICATION
In case of final selection, we will be conducting a background verification check on the credentials provided by you.
AFTER THE INTERVIEW
All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their interview within 48 hours of attending the interview.

Job Description

Job Description
To lead the OpCo strategy execution and architecture planning for the end-to-end Transmission Network and ensure robust and high quality access, backbone and international connectivity infrastructure to support various services on the 2G, 3G, VAS and ILD networks. The role also involves KPI monitoring and analysis as well as capacity dimensioning and management.
The role will require a high degree of co-ordination with Central Technical team and strategic partners for governance of Transmission Network operational activities and validation & evaluation of Transmission network designs

Job Description
Manages the activities of the Projects Section. Manages the implementation of business focused projects by ensuring delivery of projects on time, within approved budget and specifications. Ensures Coordination between all parties involved in projects implementation and that Projects’ tasks and objectives are discussed and agreed with relevant Stakeholders. Develop reporting Tools and relevant KPIs for Projects monitoring and Projects Team performance evaluation against set targets and objectives. Ensures all completed projects are handed over to the responsible departments and all documentation is available and updated. Is responsible for hiring, training and performance appraisals.
