B2B Mobile Product Manager (Grade 10) – ( Tanzania )
OB PURPOSE
The Mobile Product Manager in B2B is responsible for managing the life cycle of all Mobile products and services under his/her responsibility and meet consumer satisfaction goals.
This individual will bring to bear deep hands-on product management and operations experience, including product experience assessments, opportunity and risk analysis, B2B blue prints, coordinate B2B and marketing strategies, and product best practices.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be overall P&L responsible for all products within his/her domain
• Manage and regularly update sales collateral for all products, including product presentations, competitive pricing, product briefs as well as product specification documentation
• Be responsible for performance monitoring through regular reporting
• Responsible for key KPI’s including ARPU, churn, active base, data penetration and gross adds
• Work with marketing to plan and drive to completion ATL and BTL marketing activity
• Be overall responsible for customer value management and driving CVM activities to execution with support from the CVM manager
• Be the overall custodian for the product roadmap and business cases that justify investment into new products
• Managing the functionality and pilot testing for B2B products
• Documenting and delivering pilot test results of B2B products
• Developing training material for the users of B2B products
• Suggesting initiatives for improving customer experience and consequently improving revenue
• Designing and implementing the quality assurance checklist for new products and services
• Implementing best regional quality assurance practices
• Giving input for the design and implementation of quality assurance initiatives that control the process of testing new products and services
• Ensuring quality of B2B products and services providers
• Cross-functional cooperation with other categories in order to achieve time to market effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE &COMPETENCIES
• University degree in marketing, communication, engineering and/or business administration.
• Preferably an MBA or Master’s Degree
• Conversational English is desired.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven product management experience.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Substantial knowledge of mobile trends & mobile technology.
• A results-oriented individual with a “make it happen” personality.
• A team player, able to work well with peers and influence them.
• Passionate about the possibilities (and challenges) of an increasingly digitally enabled world.
• Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations.

Contract Specialist (Grade 12) – ( Tanzania )
JOB PURPOSE
To provide supplier operational performance and relationship management for a portfolio of allocated contracts. Provide a lead role in the operational delivery and monitoring of contracts and supplier performance Support the business owners to deliver efficiencies and service improvements, including continuous improvement activities. To be point of escalation for all issues relating to allocated suppliers

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Contracts Manager in management of their allocated key contracts.
• Manage performance of allocated suppliers and Tigo to meet contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage operational delivery in line with contractual objectives and customer requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders and suppliers including effectively managing contract enquiries, issues, disputes, variations, risks and undertaking negotiations with suppliers as required.
• Manage supplier relationship including conducting supplier relationship surveys
• Research and analyse contract related information including supplier contract reporting, and provide reports regarding contract activity and performance to Management
• Management, tracking and reporting performance of operational processes and support operational improvement initiatives
• Organise and chair Steering Committees
• Administer any damages/reduction of service fees or extension of business
• Any other assignment as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
• Degree in Business Administration, Procurement and Logistics Management and/or related fields
• Some legal experience preferred
• Knowledge in telecommunication technical operations environment preferred
• High level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders in providing expert contract management advice to enable achievement of desired outcomes.
• Good communication skills at all levels (written and verbal) and the ability to undertake negotiations with suppliers in the resolution of disputes.
• Demonstrated investigative and analytical skills including the ability to use MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, Database and Reporting systems.
• Ability to implement guidelines and operating processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to deliver project outcomes within specified parameters including time frames and objectives.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement and innovation opportunities in processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ability to work under limited direction, including experience in planning, prioritizing and organizing work for self and others to achieve goals and deadlines.
